Food has always been an important part of my life. From my childhood as the daughter of Italian immigrants, to cooking for my family and friends,  and for the past 6 years as a caterer, food and entertaining has always been a passion for me. I love cooking and trying new foods, and now it brings great joy to my life to be able to share my love of cooking with my clients. In this way, Catering Concepts is a method of self-expression. When you choose us as your caterer you are not only choosing high-quality, delicious foods and great service, you are also choosing to bring extra life and energy into your event.

I believe this passion for food and entertainment shows through in our exquisite menus, which are custom prepared for each event we cater. My first concern is with making sure that your every wish and desire is fulfilled while taking all the burden of planning and preparing off your shoulders. From tofu to filet mignon, you can be assured that whatever foods you and your guests prefer, that we can make something new and exciting special for your event.

We have been catering in the Wilmington, Hockessin, Newark, and Southern Pennslyvania regions for over 4 years now, and we look foward to serving you in the future.
